First off, I want to express my thanks to Dieter and all of the great folks over at K&K Sound. I use K&K pickups in my acoustic guitars. They’ve hooked me up with a new XLR pre-amp for my acoustics. I got to test it out last week at Brother’s Lounge and it sounds great.
This month the full band has quite a few shows around Ohio. Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati and one in Louisville, KY. Check the “tour” calendar for dates. If you have any friends in those cities, the band and I would love to see some friendly faces at the shows. I’ll also be heading down to Nashville for a few days later in the month.
We’ve got a pretty big show coming up on Valentine’s day at the Sportsmen’s Tavern in Buffalo, NY. Stay tuned for info on that show.
Also starting in February, I’ll begin recording songs for a new record. The new material is coming along great.. and I’m excited to get into the studio and start to put it all together. We’ll be recording most of the songs at Jim Wall’s Blue Buddha studios in Cleveland.
Lastly, thanks to all of the friends and fans who supported us in 2013. We had a great year for music, and are looking forward to more shows and meeting more people at them.
